Fursa ya Biashara (Business Oppurtunity) hutokana na mahitaji ya
watu katika eneo husika; kwahiyo katika kutengeneza wazo la biashara
(Business idea) huanza kwanza kwa kuchunuguza fursa zilizopo katika eneo

akichunguza mahitaji ya jamii na kuleta bidhaa ambayo itakutana na

zilizoendelea na nchi zinazoendelea kama ya kwetu; kwani upatikanaji wa
fursa za biashara ndani ya Marekani ni tofauti na Tanzania; ndio maana
katika nchi zilizoendelea wamekuwa na biashara za mitandao na biashara
nyinginezo ambazo zisikiri kama zinaweza kuwa na ufanisi mkubwa zaidi
kutokana na mazingira yetu; kwani nimeshawahi kuona baadhi ya link
zikielekeza jinsi ya kutengeza fedha ka jinsi ya mtandao n.k. Nafikiri
bado jamii yetu ina mahitaji mengi ambayo yanahitaji mtu wa kuyatatua.
Nawatakia kila la kheri wajasiriamali wenzangu, katika kukutana na

•Think positively, assume that the strength that you have will allow you to succeed and that and if you have problems you can figure out what to do.
•Accept that you can’t control every thing; think things that can be changed and those can’t.
EVALUATE
In this you should do an evaluation of your work, and after that you should do the following:
•Take a moment to congratulate yourself and feel some satisfaction. If you have done the work according to reach your goals or at least to the point of reaching goal just congratulate yourself.
•Compare what you’ve accomplished with the goals you’re seeking to achieve. Think back to the goals, both short-term and long-term that you are seeking to achieve.
•Evaluate what you’ve done if you were your current instructor. Now exchange body and mind again. This time, consider what you’re doing from the perspective of the instructor w ho gave you the assignment. How would he/she react to what you have done?
•Be fair to yourself; the guidelines for evaluation will help you to determine just how further work is necessary and, even more important, what work is important?
•Based on your evaluation, revise your work; if you’re honest with yourself it’s unlikely that your first work will satisfy you. So go back to work and revise to what you have done.
RETHINK
Rethink what you have accomplished earlier means to bring a fresh eye to what you have done. It involves critical thinking that involves reanalyzing, questioning and challenging our underlying assumptions.

LEO nitazungumzia suala la dhamana. Dhamana ina wigo mpana sana ikihusisha aina zifuatazo: hisa, vipande, hatifungani na amana za serikali.
Katika mada ya leo nitapenda kuaangazia aina mojawapo ya dhamana ambayo ni hisa na wakati ujao nitazungumzia dhamana nyingine.
Mbali na kuzungumzia suala la hisa leo, wajasiriamali wanashauriwa kusoma baadhi ya vitabu ambavyo waandishi wameandika mada mbalimbali za ujasiriamali ikiwamo uwekezaji katika hisa.
Tafiti mbalimbali zinaonyesha kwamba zaidi ya asilimia 84 ya Watanzania wakiwamo wasomi na wengine ambao hawajabahatika kusoma hawajui au hawana elimu kuhusu kuwekeza katika hisa.
Hali hiyo inatokana na ukweli kwamba mada hii haijawekwa katika mitaala mbalimbali ya elimu. Kama ipo basi wale wanaostahili kuifundisha ama hawana uelewa mpana na uzoefu wa kuwawezesha wanafunzi wao kufahamu umuhimu wake katika medani za kiuchumi.
Hisa inaelezeka kwa namna mbalimbali, kwa ujumla wake hisa ni mali, rasilimali, kitegauchumi, hati miliki, biashara, dhamana ya mkopo, ni akiba, ni fedha iliyohifadhiwa, na ni mtaji.
Katika mtazamo wa kibiashara, hisa ni uwekezaji wa mtaji au fedha ambayo imewekezwa na mfanyakazi, mkulima, mfanyabiashara au mtu mwingine ambaye ameamua kununua hisa kutoka katika kampuni fulani kwa lengo la kupata faida kupitia gawio na ongezeko la bei ya hisa husika.
Uwekezaji katika hisa kama biashara nyingine unahitaji umakini na upembuzi yakinifu. Kufanya upembuzi wa wapi uwekeze fedha zako na wapi ununue hisa kwa msingi wa kupata faida.
Mjasiriamali au watu wengine wanaweza kufanya upembuzi yakinifu, lakini kama watu makundi niliyoyataja hapo juu wana uelewa wa kutosha na mbinu za kusoma taarifa mbalimbali za kampuni ambayo unakusudia kununua hisa. Kwa mfano, unapaswa kufanya upepenuzi yakinifu wa taarifa za fedha na hali halisi ya kampuni husika
katika soko la hisa.
Kwa upande mwingine, washauri wataalam wana ujuzi wa kufanya upembuzi yakinifu katika masuala ya uwekezaji kwenye soko la mitaji ambao wa wanapatikana kwenye masoko ya hisa katika jengo la Habour-view, mtaa wa Samora, jijini Dar es Salaam.
Ununuzi wa hisa unaweza kufanywa katika soko la awali mathalani pale kampuni inapotangaza kuuza hisa zake.
Baada ya kampuni kutangaza kuuza hisa, watu wananunua kwa thamani halisi, lakini baadaye zinauzwa katika soko la hisa ambako thamani ya hisa inabadilika kuendana na hali ya soko.
Tukiangalia upande wa kampuni, mpaka Agosti, mwaka huu kulikuwa na zaidi ya kampuni 16 zilizosajiliwa katika Soko la Hisa Dar es Salaam (DSE). Kampuni 11 ni za kizalendo na kampuni sita ni za nje.
Kwa mujibu wa Emilian (2010), asilimia 0.39 tu ya Watanzania wamewekeza kwenye soko la hisa. Kutokana na tatizo hilo, bado ni tatizo kubwa kwa Watanzania na kwa jicho la pili ni fursa kubwa kwa wajasiriamali, wafanyakazi na wanafunzi kuwekeza katika hisa.
Uwekezaji katika hisa unachangamoto zake ikiwzmo kushuka kwa bei ya hisa, kukosa gawio, mfumuko wa bei, viwango vya riba, kukosa wanunuzi kutokana na ukwasi na hitilafu mbalimbali.
Kwa hali ya kawaida uwekezaji katika hisa una faida nyingi kuliko changamoto kwa mfano, kupata gawio baada ya kampuni kutengeneza faida, ongezeko la thamani ya hisa, punguzo la kodi ya zuio kwenye gawio.
Katika masuala ya hisa, hakuna kodi kwenye ongezeko la thamani, urahisi wa kuuza na kununua hisa, na ukiwekeza katika hisa unapata muda wa kufanya shughuli nyingine. Kwa upande mwingine hisa ni dhamana ya kupata mkopo, hisa ni urithi mzuri, ukijiwekea utaratibu wa kutenga asilimia fulani ya pato lako kutoka kwenye mshahara ama biashara kwa ajili ya kununua hisa ni uamuzi mzuri, na hisa pia ni utajiri.
Unapowekeza katika hisa jihadhari na makosa yafuatayo; kununua au kuuza hisa zako bila utafiti, kutokujua tofauti ya thamani ya bei, kununua kwa kuangalia jina na umaarufu wa kampuni, kutokua na malengo maalum, kununua kwa kuwa bei ni rahisi, kukosa maarifa au kutozingatia elimu ya fedha, hisa na uwekezaji, na kuwekeza fedha nyingi kwenye kampuni moja.

1-Ignorance.This is lack of knowledge concerning ones responsibilities and their importance.Their exist a good number of people in community who do not knoe their responbilities,and the benefits of fulifiling them e.g many students realize that their responsibility is other such as respect,care for person properties,contest for leadership etc
2-Laziness.Is the chief factor of irresponsibility. Many people who understand ansd are aware of their dutie but fail to perform them because of their laziness
3-Lack of motivation.This is driving force which energies us to get on with our duties.as all human are not the same.others need extenal drive or force in order to fulfil their responsibilities.such people are living in society with no people to motivate then hence fail to fulfil their responsibilities.
4-Procrastination.This tendecy in which a person takes on something is to be done on specific time and keepit aside to be done later.As this becomes one habit,it keeps his time in turmol and he neclects his duties.
5-Corruption.Is the illegal use of ones power for person profut any people tend to run away from their responsibilities and would use illegal means enable to succeed without sweating.
6-Poor management.A failure to the right place in right way and at the right time
This makes a person not to be able to do more, and weigh what is the most important at that time.
7-Poor planning.In order to carry out all our responsibilities smoothy and in right way we need to make a health plan, for a good planning one should consider the resource available, mainly the time.Planning beyond one's ability lead to the failure to fulfil his or her duties.
8-Over dependency.Keeping yourself in a condition of too much depending on others may lead you to neglecting your duty.
This is a serious problem,which exists when there is a dut to be done by more than one person.
Other factors such as luck of selfawareness,strong determination and self-acceptance may also lead to irresponsible people inorder to succeed on life we have to plan and choose,this is achieved mainly by perfoming all our duties

Tofauti
kubwa kati ya maadili ya biashara, ujasiriamali, kazi za kuajiriwa au
vitu vingine vyovyote kama vile matumizi ya barabara, familia n.k. ni
katika maadili.
Asilimia
kubwa ya watu walioko katika kazi zao za kitaaluma (professionals) au
zisizo za kitaaluma (unprofessionals) hawafuati maadili ya kazi (Work
Ethics), matokeo yake siku zote
watanzania tumekuwa tukilia maendeleo hatuyaoni, au maendeleo
yanachelewa wakati chanzo cha kwanza cha tatizo nisisi.

- Kuweka mazingira ya kazi safi na salama kwa ajili yako wewe mwenyewe na wafanyakazi wengine.
- Kuwaheshimu na kuwachukulia vema wafanyakazi wenzako na wewe binafsi pia.
- Kutoa maslahi sawa na ya haki kwa mtoa huduma yeyote. (epuka dhuluma au ubahili)
- Kushuhulikia mambo yote yanayohusu biashara yako au kazi yako kwa ukweli, uaminifu na katika muda sahihi.

hivyo enyi waajiri wachukulieni waajiriwa/wafanyakazi (subordinates)
kwa haki, msiwaudhi mkijua kuwa wote tuna mwajiri mkuu mbinguni, Yeye
aisye upendeleo.”
Baadhi ya maadili yanayomlenga mfanyakazi / mwajiriwa.
- Fika katika eneo la kazi kwa muda muafaka na pia toka kwa muda muafaka.
- Fanya kila kinachoihusu ajira yako / kampuni yako katika kila sekunde uwayo katika eneno la kazi (usihamishie mambo ya nyumbani au ya mtaani kazini).
- Tunza mali / vitu vya ofisi /kampuni kwa uangalifu mkubwa na upendo, viangalie kama vile ni mali yako na unawajibu navyo. Hembu jaribu kuangalia mtazamo wa watu katika vitu vya umma, na ndiyo maana vingi havidumu (Hii ndiyo sababu ya magari ya umma kuwa juu ya mawe)
- Heshimu kampuni au ofisi yako kwa uaminifu na kweli. Mtu awaye yoyote asikuhofie au kukushuku chochote katika nafasi yako, mfano kuwepo kwa mazingira ya rushwa.

waajiriwa, wafanyakazi waheshimu waajiri wenu katika kila kitu
mfanyanacho. Muwaridhishe katika yote, sio tu wakiwa wanawatazama…
mkijua kuwa mna mtumikia mwajiri mkuu Yesu Kristo.”
- Maadili ni suala la uchaguzi binafsi na kwa hiyo, jinsi maadili ya sehemu ya kazi yanavyochukuliwa au kufuatwa inategemea sana maadili binafsi aliyonayo wewe mfanyakazi au mfanyakabiashara. Ni ngumu kufuata maadili ya kazi wakati hata wewe mwenyewe huna maadili yako binafsi, pia ni ngumu kufuata utaratibu uliowekewa au mliowekeana wakati hata ule wa maisha yako binafsi umekushinda.
- Mtazamo mkubwa wa ulimwengu wa leo kuhusiana na maadili ya kazi ni kwamba, kosa kubwa unaloweza kufanya katika utendaji wa yote yasiyo haki katika eneo la kazi ni kukamatwa. Unachotakiwa kujitahidi kazini ni kukwepa kugundulika kuwa unapindisha baadhi ya maadili.
- Juhudi kubwa makazini sasa imewekwa katika kuzisaka na kuzigundua mbinu za mwajiri au mashirika ya uchunguzi kama TAKUKURU, wakaguzi wa mahesabu (auditors), na kutafuta ufumbuzi wa kuwakwepa.
Mtazamo wa kibiblia:

Lazima kuonyesha uaminifu ili tuweze kutumainiwa na kuaminiwa zaidi.
